Charmouth Report

Vintage Charmouth weekend, now that a new flying site is established offering good access and this year great weather. Did you miss this weekend? Well, Big mistake it was a cracker!

Jeremy Fox and Gary Pollocks crew did a great job of keeping peg hoggers in check and a most had a decent amount of flying.

I managed to fly all bar one of my X-cells (6) over the weekend and had a dozen flights with the turbine NH-90 (Pics are here!) . I also flew my ultra quite ultra powerful Ultra Star 90 which I love as it's got plenty of punch on 5% Coolpower (the only fuel worth buying)

There were three Turbine powered models on Saturday and bets were placed on how many we would see next April.

Great fun was had in the evening and at midnight with light sticks flying the Graupner Piper Cubs-pukka models that fly for 20 minutes in any conditions
