3D Masters 2002

We were lucky to get Jason Krause over from the US for the 3-D masters, before this last weekend only a few people would have known Jason in this country-I guarantee that now he is the "buzz" word in 3-D flying.

His freestyle display and particularly his Saturday night Barbecue flying blew Curtis Youngblood off his number one spot as the 3-D king. Even those less bias than me agreed that he was the crowd favourite.

Even more surprised were the lucky few who studied his machines without the canopies fitted and noticed that they were STOCK out of the kit box X-cell Fury Extremes.

Not a single modified part present, using a YS 80, SAB 71cm mains and SAB 106mm tail blades these machine put up with punishment that the opposition couldn't (and didn't!) match.

When the 3-D masters video is released be sure to get one.

Congratulations to all the X-cell Pilots who competed.
