Extra 2 x 2

I've been flying my 2 x 2 Extra 300 with Axi 5330/18 out running for 18 months now using thunderpower 10s 6000 mAh packs I get 10+ minutes including prop hanging. The model fly's just like a big shock flyer-only more acurate! Spec includes a 20 x 10 G-Sonic prop and a Jeti 90A controller.

My 3m Extra 260 was finished late late season and is now dialled in nicely-it uses a DA 150 with Greve pipes and a Biela 32 x 10 ( I'm going to try a 33x10 as the pipes give so much power the 32" is howling!)
I'm using a mix of 8511 and 8411 servos and a Powerbox Champion with Thunderpower 6000 mAh 7.4v Li-Po
giving 12000 mAh Rx capacity (yes I can fly all weekend!)

Composite ARF Pitts S12
I finially finished my Composite ARF Pitts S12 back in June, this 2.7m span bipe is all composite, painted in the mould! Power is a DA 150 with Greve long pipes, which give outstanding performance and great throttling. So far it's had 6 flights and now awaits a smoke system which pushes it just over the 20kg limit so CAA approval has been requested before I can continue playing.

Dave Wilshere - Comp ARF Rep For The UK

Dave is a rep for Comp ARF. This company is Thailand based to keep manufacturing costs low. The sales system is different from any other modelling company; they have set up warehouses around the world to serve each continent. The kits are not available in model shops, this keeps the prices as low as possible.

Europe and the UK 's kits are shipped from Germany by road. This keeps things fairly central and delivery times are not usually more than 10 days.

Comp ARF is best known for aerobatic aeroplanes, but also has a range of jets and war-birds.

A quick check on www.composite-ARF.com will show you the sizes and types of aeroplanes available. New designs are coming each year, the latest designs released are the 2m x 2m Extra and Model 12 Pitts Special at 2.7m wings span! Two new Jet designs just out…

The growing interest in electric flight is catered for in larger sizes with electric packages available for the Impact pattern ship and the 2 x 2 Extra.
