Motors & Rotors Flight Test Report

We received the first kits while I was on my Hol's, so on arriving back Saturday night I visited the office picked up a kit, servos etc and a new Super Tigre G90 and headed home. I was too knackered to start it Saturday but Sunday dawned wet! So I set to and found what a great kit it is. So much work is already done, the motor mount is ready fitted as is all the servo mountings and pushrods. The End result? I had it ready to fly Sunday evening and even managed a couple of tanks of fuel as the rain
had stopped!

Good Points :-

Performance is great, the 90 is the perfect size with a 14 x 6 APC, it's vertical forever.

Knife edge is neutral with right rudder and nearly with left (tiny bit of up mixed in)

Stall turns are amounts the best I've seen either way, I'm really impressed.

Bad Points :-

The kit tank is too small (I fitted a 16 oz Dubro)
The spinner was crap which seems to be standard in most ARTF's ( I used a CG 2.75" )
